All orders will be processed within 2-5 working days after you have purchased. We will send you a tracking number once the item has been shipped. If there is taxes & duties, you will be responsible to pay for those fees. We work closely with Canada Post to get your orders to your door within 8-10 business days for standard shipping. 


Our aim at "carbon-neutral shipping" is to reduce the carbon footprint associated with shipping products. 

Stolen or Lost Packages

We will not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Please contact us for information on the status of your package via email if you have any concerns. We will be happy to assist you.

Please make sure to double check your mailing address to avoid these issues. If there is a package that is mailed back to us because of address issues, you will be responsible for paying fees to reship your package. 


If you have included Route Package Protection, you can resolve issues regarding lost, stolen, or damaged items by going to claims.route.com. 

Shipping Delays
Simply Emi will not be responsible for shipping delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, it will be out of our control as the shipping carrier will take over. 

Due to covid, there may be a chance of shipping delays. Please be advised Simply Emi is not responsible for shipping once the carrier receives the package. Please track the status of your packaged on Simply Emi or if you have chosen standard shipping - Canada Post will work as fast as they can to get it to your door within 8-10 business days. 


Please be advised during seasonal or holiday sales (Black Friday, Boxing day, or Sample sales) items can become back ordered due to high traffic on the website. If an item becomes backordered, Simply Emi will contact the customer on the time frame on which the item will be shipped out. Thank you for your understanding.


    Each jewelry or jewelry case pre order is custom made to order. Please give 2-4 week time frame before orders are shipped. If you have made an order containing pre-orders and items that are available, please note our team will have the available items shipped out first and pre-orders shipped out immediately once they become available. Due to covid, there may be some delays.
